The Occupational Therapy Center will be offering individual and small group treatment services for Summer 2026.

Our Summer clinic is scheduled to start on June 22nd and will run through July 24th.

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this application form does not guarantee enrollment in our programs. We will contact you to confirm program enrollment.

We will provide in-person and teletherapy service options for individual sessions.

When applying for programs, you will need to indicate whether you want in-person or teletherapy services and which days of the week and times you are available.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance.

When requesting treatment services, please provide your/your child’s evaluation report or records. You can fax to 410-704-6303 or email occupationaltherapycenter@towson.edu **
