The Speech and Language Center will be offering individual/small group treatment services for Spring 2025.
Spring sessions run from February 10th to May 9th.
PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this application form does not guarantee enrollment in our programs. We will contact you to confirm program enrollment.
We will provide in-person and teletherapy service options for individual sessions.
Group sessions are in person only at the IWB.
When applying for programs, you will need to indicate whether you want in-person or teletherapy services and which days of the week and times you are available.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance.
