FoodShare Drive Request Form

We recommend viewing our "How to Host a Food Drive" flyer before filling out this request form.

In order to maintain a consistent inventory in the FoodShare, we are not able to host multiple drives at the same time. Therefore, your request may be accepted, denied or altered based on the needs of the FoodShare. We recommend filling out this form in advance to ensure that the time you would like to have your food drive will be available. After submitting this form, a representative from the FoodShare will provide your point-of-contact with a donation wish list and any guidance needed to host a successful FoodShare Drive.
