This form is intended for external (non-TU affiliated) partners who primarily want an admissions information session and campus tour hosted by the Admission's Office. Please review the

We can only accommodate requests for high school (9th-12th grade), community college, and adult age groups only. We cannot accommodate groups in elementary/middle school.
Requests must be made directly by the school or organization, not a third party such as a travel agency, sponsor, or tour planning organization. The person scheduling the visit must accompany the group to campus.
Requests for an information session and tour must be made four weeks in advance. Completing this form does not guarantee we can accommodate your request.
