Group Visit Request- External Partners

This form is intended for external (non-TU affiliated) partners who primarily want an admissions information session and campus tour hosted by the Admission's Office. Please review the group visit guidelines before you submit a request. If you are a TU affiliated campus partner, please click here.

We can only accommodate requests for high school (9th-12th grade), community college, and adult age groups only. We cannot accommodate groups in elementary/middle school.

Requests must be made directly by the school or organization, not a third party such as a travel agency, sponsor, or tour planning organization. The person scheduling the visit must accompany the group to campus.  

Requests for an information session and tour must be made four weeks in advance. Completing this form does not guarantee we can accommodate your request. 





We provide visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Please provide at least three dates and times you are available to visit that fall within those guidelines. Groups with date flexibility will have a higher chance of receiving a visit. We will not accommodate groups outside of our offered times.


Thank you for your interest in a group visit. Based on the information you provided, your group does not fit our criteria, and we will not be able to accommodate the request at this time.

We can accept up to 50 students, and we require one chaperone for every 10 students in attendance. 

We cannot accommodate requests to see specific spaces, and we cannot host additional activities. 

Dining reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance, and must be arranged with dining services separately. Meals will be at the groups expense.
