Reserving space at the StarTUp at the Armory
Thank you for your interest in using our space for your meeting needs. While there is no cost for reserving rooms, we rely on you to leave the rooms as you found them. Here are some tips to making your reservation a success.
Reservation availability: Conference rooms are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Reservation changes: If a cancellation must be made, provide 24 hours’ notice. Provide 72 hours’ notice for Monday reservations.
Room assignments: Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and matched to meet event needs.
Room maintenance: TU ensures reserved rooms are cleaned prior to each reservation. Remove and dispose of all materials including food, beverages, papers, etc. when your reservation ends. Cleaning wipes are available in each room and should be used to clean up any spills and to wipe down dirty surfaces.
Food and refreshments: All catering is managed by the organization/individual reserving the space. Food can be ordered through TU's Black & Gold Catering. Orders under $250 can be ordered through any vendor of your choice.
Furniture: Please leave the room arranged as it was when your reservation ends. If you move furniture, move it back unless previously discussed with a StarTUp representative.
Technology support: Technology instructions are included in each room. TU does not provide a technician or technical support. If technical support is needed for your reservation, identify an individual within your organization to manage the technology.
