Group Visit Request - TU Campus Partners (Staff/Faculty)

This form is intended for TU affiliated faculty or staff to request assistance from University Admissions with an event you are hosting within your department.  If you are working with a group who primarily wants an information session and campus tour hosted by our office, please have them review the group visit guidelines and submit a request form for external partners.

We can accommodate requests for high school (9th-12th grade) and adult groups. We cannot accommodate elementary/middle school groups.

Requests must be made at least four weeks in advanceof your requested date. Completing this form does not guarantee we can accommodate your request. 






We can only accommodate on campus requests at this time. 

Thank you for your interest in a group visit. Based on the information you provided, your group does not fit our criteria, and we will not be able to accommodate the request at this time.

We can accommodate groups of 50 students or less for free. For events with more than 50 students, we may charge a flat fee depending on the size of the group.
